We use personal information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver application analytics engagements, improve this website when cookies are accepted, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data based on your request to receive a response and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract. Cookie analytics run only with consent. Client project data is processed to perform the agreed engagement.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Contract and invoice records are retained as required under Korean commercial and tax rules. Cookie identifiers follow the periods described in the cookie policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use processors for email hosting or site infrastructure under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers
