Refund and cancellation policy

Scope

Refunds and cancellations apply to Path Trace Audits, Activation Story Workshops, Cohort Reading Sprints, Decision Pack Retainers, and similar application analytics consulting confirmed in writing. Deposits or fees are collected offline by invoice or bank transfer after agreement — never through this website.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may cancel a confirmed engagement for a full refund of fees paid if you notify us in writing at least seven (7) business days before the agreed start date. Cancellations inside seven business days may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of fees paid, unless we have already begun substantive work (see below).

Full refund

A full refund is available when: (1) you cancel with at least seven business days’ notice before start, and (2) we have not delivered workshop materials, audit fieldwork, or retainer packs for that period. If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of fees paid for undelivered work.

Partial refund

If work has started — for example path tracing has begun, workshop facilitation has occurred, or a monthly pack has been delivered — fees for completed portions are non-refundable. Unused future retainer months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis after the current month’s pack is delivered or waived by mutual agreement.

Non-refundable items

• Completed Path Trace Audit deliverables once the dictionary and backlog have been handed over.
• Workshop days already facilitated, including follow-up notes already sent.
• Cohort readout sessions already held and experiment lists already delivered.
• Decision packs already issued for a given week or month.
• Third-party costs we prepaid with your written approval (for example meeting room hire for an on-site workshop).

Deposits

Some engagements require a deposit to reserve dates. Deposits are refundable under the same notice rules as fees above. If you no-show a scheduled workshop without 48 hours’ notice, the deposit for that session is forfeited.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least five business days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a fee of up to 15% of the engagement price to cover calendar disruption, disclosed before you confirm the new date.

No-shows and access delays

If we cannot perform scheduled work because required tool access or stakeholders are unavailable after reasonable reminders, we may charge for reserved time or convert the engagement to a later date with remaining fees applied. Unused fees after conversion follow this policy.

Work already started and materials

Draft dictionaries, workshop canvases, and interim notes prepared for your engagement remain billable once substantial preparation has occurred, even if you later cancel. We do not charge for generic marketing materials on this website.

Refund process and method

Email hello@infrastructureconnect.digital or call +82-2-760-4166 with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method (typically bank transfer) within ten (10) business days after approval.

Processing time

Bank processing may add additional days depending on your institution. We will send written confirmation when the refund transfer is initiated.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they apply. Custom statements of work may include tailored cancellation clauses; those written terms control if they conflict with this page for that engagement.
