Website use
You may browse this site for information about our services. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse forms. Content is provided for general information and does not create a client relationship until a written engagement is agreed.
Engagements
Services such as Path Trace Audits, workshops, cohort sprints, and retainers are scoped in a written confirmation email or statement of work. Informational prices on this site are guides only. Work begins after both parties agree scope, timeline, and fees. No payment is collected through this website.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to analytics tools, product stakeholders, and accurate context needed for the engagement. Delays in access may shift timelines by mutual agreement.
Intellectual property
Deliverables prepared for you (dictionaries, glossaries, packs, reports) are licensed for your internal business use upon full payment of agreed fees. Our methods, templates, and site content remain our property unless otherwise stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
Application analytics involves interpretation of imperfect data. We provide professional judgment, not guarantees of product outcomes, revenue, or retention. Liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where Korean law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Inje-gun, Gangwon-do, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for website use. Active engagements follow the terms in their written confirmation.
